This is awesome, because vegan options used to be really limited in TX, especially in exurbs like Denton, and ESPECIALLY at UNT, which is infamous for its shitty food. One of my best friend went there, and when I was visiting one time we saw a carton of eggs outside the cafeteria labeled “Grade D: Edible.” True story.
